Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Appflow's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Services Provided
Appflow provides professional web and mobile application development services, including:
•Custom website development and design
Web application development (SaaS, enterprise apps, dashboards)
Mobile application development (iOS, Android, cross-platform)
UI/UX design and prototyping
Project rescue and modernization services
Ongoing maintenance and support
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements and proposals.
•Generally, we require 50% payment upfront before project commencement, with the remainder due upon project completion.
•For larger projects, milestone-based payment schedules may be arranged.
•All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specified in the project agreement.
•Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.
Intellectual Property
•Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of the source code and assets developed specifically for their project.
Appflow retains ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, libraries, or tools used in the development process.
Clients grant Appflow the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party licenses and dependencies are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Client Responsibilities
•Provide timely feedback and approvals to keep the project on schedule
•Supply all necessary content, assets, and information required for the project
•Ensure you have the rights to all materials provided to us
•Maintain open communication throughout the project lifecycle
•Test and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
Limitation of Liability
Appflow's total liability is limited to the amount paid for services under the relevant project agreement.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
•We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though we strive for excellence in all deliverables.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data and content.
Project Timeline & Revisions
•Project timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on scope changes or delays in client feedback.
•Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement.
•Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
•Significant scope changes will require a new proposal and may affect timeline and pricing.
Termination
•Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the terms of the project agreement.
•Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
•Appflow will deliver all completed work upon receipt of payment for services rendered.
•Refunds, if any, will be determined on a case-by-case basis as outlined in the project agreement.
Warranties & Disclaimers
•We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
•We provide a warranty period for bug fixes as specified in the project agreement.
•Services are provided "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied.
•We do not warrant that the services will meet all of your requirements or be completely error-free.
